My dear friend,

I hope you are well. I am fine too. You know that I have recently been to a picnic with some of my friends on summer vacation. The spot was the Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge. On the fixed day we hired a bus on reservation and started for the spot. We reached there at about 10:30 a.m. First, we took light tiffin and ten began to enjoy beautiful sight of the bridge. At about 12:00 noon we completed our visit and took meals. Next, we arranged a function. When it was 4:30 p.m. we started our journey and reached home safe. The picnic will be ever memorable to me. Please convey my best wishes to your parents and love to the younger ones.

My Dear Fahim,

I received a letter from mother yesterday. In the letter, I came to know that you are not regular to your study. Your attendance in the class is very poor. As a result, you cut a sorry figure in the fast terminal examination. You should bear in mind that life is not a bed of roses. Once a time will come when you will have to face many struggles. Then you will have to depend on your own feet. So, we want to see you as a good in study and in character. For this, you will have to give up your idleness and bad company. Moreover, you must be attentive and be regular in study.

No more today. Convey my best regard to father and mother and love to the youngers.

     Yours ever
